Every day, social care recipients, disabled people's organisations, grassroots groups, academics, individuals and unpaid carers are coming together behind one shared plan, the Roadmap to Independent Living. It's not a wishlist. It's a practical, co-produced plan to fix social care for everyone who needs it, at any age, with a clear rationale behind every step.

Signing up your organisation
If you're able to sign your organisation up directly, use the form below.
If you're not the person who can say yes on your organisation's behalf, but you'd like to see them back the Roadmap, here are a few tips:
- Send them the Roadmap document. It's the clearest way to show what you're asking them to support, and why it's different from just another list of complaints.
- Ask them directly whether they'll back it, a plan for social care, co-produced by the people at the heart of the system.
- Point them to this page so they can see exactly what backing the Roadmap involves, and sign up themselves
What we're asking of your organisation
- Permission to add your logo to our supporters page
- Support in promoting the Roadmap wherever you're able to, a mention in your communications, a conversation with a contact, or sharing it with your networks
- Interest in joining our Steering Group, if you'd like to be more actively involved in shaping where the campaign goes next
You don't need to say yes to everything. Even one of these makes a difference.
